Since 2011, Jerome BOURLY has led LES METALLIERS CHAMPENOIS, succeeding his father Jean BOURLY, the company’s founder. With over 50 years of unwavering dedication, Jean continues to contribute to technological advancements, research and development, and process improvement.

Building on these foundational values and supported by a team of experienced and passionate professionals, Jerome BOURLY has continued to steer the company’s growth with the same pursuit of excellence since its inception. He is deeply involved in operations, ensuring meticulous oversight from planning to final delivery. His expertise optimizes processes, emphasizes innovation, and ensures every detail meets rigorous quality standards, enabling bespoke solutions and addressing complex technical challenges.

Since 2021, Robin Rode has served as Director of the U.S. subsidiary, LMC-HB Corp. With extensive international experience in project management and business development, particularly in high-end construction, he oversees operations in the American market, where the company has been established since 1986.

In 2024, Alexis Boutrolle joined the company’s leadership team, bringing 30 years of experience in national and international business development. He works to expand LES METALLIERS CHAMPENOIS and LMC-HB Corp.’s presence, solidifying their status as leaders in Decorative Metalwork and Architectural Bronze.

Our project managers are key contacts for our clients throughout the process, collaborating closely with management and the design team to ensure seamless project execution.

Our design office, composed of engineers and draftsmen, interprets client expectations while considering project constraints (technical, regulatory, budgetary, logistics, etc.). We utilize advanced 2D and 3D technologies while preserving hand-drawn traditions, especially in ornamental ironwork, with specialized draftsmen and ornamentists.
